Eligibility and Enrolment

Participation in the PLATINUM program (“the Program”) is by invitation only, at the sole discretion of Carl Zeiss Vision. Membership is not transferable. Registration for the Program will be automatic, once completed commercial contract has been accepted by Carl Zeiss Vision. By signing the commercial contract with Carl Zeiss Vision, members are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Fees

There are no fees for membership of the Program.

What do members have to commit to on joining PLATINUM?

Upon signing up to the program, PLATINUM members have to commit to their agreed tiered sales value & product mix. Failure to reach required commitment will result in elements of the support packages to be withdrawn. Carl Zeiss Vision reserves the right to withdraw elements of the business support packages at their discretion, at any time.

General

All disputes regarding eligibility for the Program will be resolved by Carl Zeiss Vision at its sole discretion. Carl Zeiss Vision reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any time. Carl Zeiss Vision reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time it deems appropriate. In such case, it shall give advance written notice to Members. Fraud and abuse in the Program or redemption of rewards may result in cancellation of Membership. Failure by Carl Zeiss Vision to enforce a particular term does not constitute a waiver of any term or condition. Members are bound by Carl Zeiss Vision's standard trading terms of 30 days from statement. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in discounts being withdrawn and possible cancellation of membership and the suspension of the trading account. All technology remains the property of CZV. Technology that is provided for use in store will be withdrawn if the member does not adhere to the terms and conditions of the commercial contract It is the responsibility of the member to ensure the safe keeping and maintenance of any technology provided. Any component of technology that is damaged, lost or not returned in good working order will be charged to the member.

Privacy and Personal Information

Carl Zeiss Vision is bound by the National Privacy Principles ('Principles') contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. The Principles are designed to protect the confidentiality of personal information and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way personal information is managed.

• meetings with our sales representatives;

Members of the general public in the course of:

Service providers in the course of providing services to Carl Zeiss Vision.
