Retail selling skills Give your practice the edge. Delivered by an external retail sales specialist, this course will help your staff develop important retail selling skills that will not only develop the relationships with your customers but also improve your bottom line.
Progressive lens workshop & dispensing technology A detailed progressive lens dispensing program aimed at staff who have completed the basic optics module or who have prior dispensing knowledge. This course covers every aspect of the progressive lens dispensing process and introduces the latest in dispensing technologies.
Marketing your practice Delivered by an external small business marketing specialist and aimed at the business owner or practice manager, this course will provide readily usable techniques for increasing your store traffic through cost effective marketing.
Increase your profit by managing your product mix This course is aimed at the owner or store manager, and will demonstrate how to improve your bottom line without seeing one extra client by effectively managing your product portfolio.
Customer service excellence Customers judge your business by the experience that they have when they contact or visit you. This course is delivered by an external small business specialist and gives your staff important skills to enable them to understand and deliver superior customer service.
About the modules :
‘Face to Face’ Modules The ‘face to face’ training modules offer a personal training experience and create an opportunity to answer queries your staff may have.
On-line modules A week after the completion of the ‘face to face’ training, an email will be sent to all attendees that will direct them to the ZEISS PLATINUM website where they can complete the ‘refresher’ module. The refresher modules will be multiple choice and will take no longer than 30 minutes to complete.
On-line module ‘rewards’ Upon completion of each module, face to face and on-line, participants are awarded a CZV Academy certificate and a $25 Coles Myer Gift Card to thank them for partaking and recognising the value of their learning.
